The Fit Call is a qualification conversation—not a free strategy or mapping session.
Why pay for diagnosis instead of hiring someone to implement?
Because implementing the wrong fix makes the problem more expensive. The Intensive identifies the root cause, ranks the competing issues, and gives you a clear scope before you commit to software, automation, or outside help.
What kinds of workflows can we examine?
Any recurring operating workflow with a visible business cost—such as lead follow-up, client onboarding, project delivery, approvals, scheduling, invoicing, customer support, or internal handoffs. We will choose one workflow for the Intensive.
Does the Intensive include automation or AI setup?
No. It includes practical technology and AI guidance, including human-review, privacy, and failure-handling guardrails. Configuration, integrations, data cleanup, SOP buildout, training, and implementation are separate.
Who should attend the mapping session?
The owner or decision-maker and the people who actually perform the work. The most useful map includes the real exceptions and workarounds—not only the official process.
What if we have more than one broken workflow?
We will select the workflow with the clearest cost and strongest near-term value. Additional workflows require another Intensive or a separate scope.
How soon will we receive the plan?
Your final recommendation package is delivered within three business days of the 90-minute mapping session, followed by a 30-minute results walkthrough.
What happens if the recommendation is not clear?
If the results walkthrough does not provide a clearly prioritized bottleneck and practical 30-day action plan, Starr Consulting will revise the recommendation package at no charge.
Can Starr Consulting implement the recommendation?
Yes, when the work is a fit. You can implement internally, request a specification for another provider, or discuss a separate fixed-scope implementation sprint. Implementation is never bundled into the Intensive.
How is confidential information handled?
The work is limited to the information needed to understand the selected workflow. Confidentiality, access, and data-handling expectations are confirmed before the mapping session.
